Our Competition Series Intercoolers are engineered for extreme performance, delivering an impressive 2000+ HP cooling capacity while maximising airflow and heat dissipation. Designed for high-powered applications where every degree and every bit of airflow matters, these intercoolers are built to perform when the pressure is on.
Featuring a heavy-duty bar-and-plate core, internal deflectors and reinforced bracing plates, the design is optimised for maximum airflow while minimising core expansion under extreme boost pressures.
These intercoolers have been tested and pushed to their limits under extreme conditions, with a factory operational warranty of 50+ PSI, giving you confidence when running serious boost.
Manufactured from premium 6061 aluminium and precision welded for exceptional strength and durability, each cooler features universal mounting points for versatile installation, and a standard 3" (76mm) inlet and outlet ports with options to increase to 3.5" or 4" or Zoo Performance boost- clamp flanges and kit.
