Zoo Performance products are manufactured to high quality industry standards from the highest grade materials. Extreme care is taken to ensure our products are free from blemishes, inconsistencies and defects.

Our products carry a 1 year (12 month) warranty from the date of purchase. However warranty will be void if the product is not used in the correct way for which it was intended. We will require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

Zoo Performance will accept product returns and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair where:

1. The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
2. The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
3. The product does not match the sample or our description

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

Step 1

Before any claims for warranty can be made, we ask that you do the following;

(a) Consider the product instructions to ensure that the product is being correctly used; and

(b) Follow any troubleshooting procedures supplied with the product or at the advise of our team.

Step 2

If no solution is found, the product/s should then be returned to the following address for testing.

Please note that all freight, and other costs associated with the return of the product, to our business address will be at your cost.

 We may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item faults;

1. Is a result of misuse or neglect; and
2. Failure to use part or product, in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, including failure to install correctly; and
3. Water damage, or corrosion.
4. General normal wear and tear of products. 

The use of our products for motorsports purposes, in most circumstances, is contrary to the manufacturer’s design specifications and not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Accordingly, the use of our products in motorsports, will, in most circumstances, void the products warranty.

* Excludes all non Zoo Performance labelled parts such as Winters Differentials and RTS Gearboxes,  these items will fall under the manufacturers warranty guidelines. 

 ** Excludes all custom axles in which the below warranty policy applies.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURED AXLES
Any Custom-made Axle is non-refundable. We will do everything in our power to help make the part fit or work correctly, but there will be no returns or refunds on custom parts. 

The horsepower ratings of our custom axles are calculated specifically based on a forward rolling momentum. 

These are high performance products and should be installed by certified professional. Zoo Performance may not be held responsible for the loss of money, time, or inconvenience or any damage to other parts caused by the use of our products, and by installing the units you are agreeing to all of these terms and release Zoo Performance of any and all liability and waive the right to all and any lawsuit that may arise from the use of these products.

We offer a 6 month manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase which covers direct manufacturing faults, however it is standard with all custom performance parts there will be an extensive assessment carried out and warranty will be automatically void if the axles have been installed by anyone other than a certified professional, or if they have been improperly used, installed damaged, welded or modified in anyway.
